Closures: Halibut is Closed to Harvest on Tuesdays

FISH PROCESSING

Our expert deckhands will precisely fillet your catch, maximizing yield with skill and care. Sit back, grab a beer, and enjoy your afternoon—we’ll handle the rest!
FILLETING

Our dock team will clean, vacuum seal, label, and pack your fish with care. Your catch will be frozen and ready for you at the end of your stay—fresh, hassle-free, and travel-ready! Want it smoked? We do that too!
PACKING

We’ll freeze your fish until the end of your stay, then transport it to town for an overnight freeze—so you can relax and enjoy Ketchikan. Our reefer van will meet you at the airport before you depart.
FREEZING

The easiest way to bring your fish home? Check it on your flight! Traveling elsewhere? No problem—we can UPS it to your home for a small charge.
